Rack configuration print out

I have decided to rebuild my main Forte rack which contains over 200 scenes using 12 sound producing VSTS. Forte only allows one instance at a time to be run, so I cannot copy from the old to the new. Is there a way to print out in text form the entire rack configuration which would enable me to rebuild a brand new rack to replace the present one?

There's not a pretty print function, but rack files (.RCF) are in XML format which is human readable.

Thanks Mike. Do I just change the .rcf file type to .xml? If that's correct, it certainly is not pretty. Doesn't even show the scene name which is a pain as I have 200 scenes.
