Create Window shortcuts for different racks

Post here if you are having a problem with or a question about forte that is not about a plugin or audio/MIDI hardware.

Create Window shortcuts for different racks

Postby dbrendon » Sat Jan 16, 2016 4:39 pm

Is it possible to specify the rack to load on the command line?

I have two different racks that I use depending on which band I am playing with. I would like to create separate shortcuts to load the correct rack when I start Forte.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
- David

Hmmm..don't know of any native way.
You could write something like AutoHotkey scripts that change the options.ini entry "Default_Rack=".

Just create two links to your two rack files on the desktop. Click on each and the respective rack will load.
