Scene change from kontakt get distortion for 10 sec

Any time I change scenes from a scene that had kontakt unmuted, to a scene that has Kontakt muted, I get distortion for 10 sec and CPU goes 100%

Is that Kontakt purging samples? Or something? BTW I have always had Kontakt in Scene Options in that list that stops it from reloading.

Any setting in Kontakt to stop it from taking over CPU on scene change?
