New owner w/ scene question

Postby thatch » Sun Oct 10, 2010 10:10 am

I purchased Forte2 yesterday and have been working hard to setup my first show. My first question deals with the saving of scenes. When I tweak a scene and want to save my changes, it seems I need to create a new scene, rename it, then go back and delete the old scene. Is there a way to just save the current scene??

Hi, and welcome!

Of course you can: update scene.

Dirk
Life would be much easier if I had the source code.

... with some more words:

there are 2 ways to do this:

1) right click on Scene Name in the black window on the right side and you find the option "Update Scene"
2) click the lower button on left side of the window and open the Setlist Manager. Here you also find the option "Uodate" as a button on the right side.

Don`t forget to store the complete rack sometime before closing the software. Otherwise you will loose all the changes.

regards and good luck, Volker

Thanks - I figured it was there, just did not see it.
