Zoom B2.1u USB audio input

Postby mburnett » Sat Nov 28, 2009 10:40 pm

Zoom ships a USB audio driver (ASIO) with their USB enabled effects pedals. They ship Cubase with it. I also tried it with Waveosaur and it worked. Is there a way to get the USB effects pedal to show up as one of the audio input choices in forte?

forte will use whatever ASIO driver you selected in the options. You cannot use several ASIO drivers at the same time in one application. Are you trying to use the Zoom asio driver AND your soundcard's driver this way, or does forte not see the zoom driver at all?

Life would be much easier if I had the source code.

Dirk,
Thanks for the reply. It shows up in the audio options. That's a bummer that I can only have one ASIO device. If I buy a device that has multiple inputs and outputs, then can I have multiple instances in my rack of "audio Input" and assign seperate hardware inputs to each "audio input?"
