Re: A little help folks!

HI R2AO, ahh, I see: Hypersonic gives you the possibility to have more than one sample in memory and you can address the insturment you want to use by sending the MIDI-data on the dedicated channel (f.e. on ch3 legato strings) right? What I described was useful for me as I use an Omnisphere and here...

Re: A little help folks!

Hi R2RO, just as a quick idea: did you try to use the "Don not use per-Scene configuration" option in the Scene Command menu? In this case sample data won`t be load with every new scene (only once at loadup of the rack). As far as I remember you have to send a MIDI-change to the instrument...

Hi, if I didn`t misunderstand, you need a solution like: "2 independant instances of forte on the same DAW, one soundcard and 2 MIDI-keyboards - each of them controlling one instance of forte, probably the possibility to use the same scenes on both instances (not meaning to call up the same sou...

Uups, this really was a misunderstanding.

But what I can tell: during testing scene change time yesterday I had to update the scenes to produce some of them for testing this and I can tell that also scene update took as good as no time for me.

Hi Mason, I´m not exactly on PCMCIA but on the Cardbus Interface and use an Indigo DJx from Echo. As far as I remember there were also versions available for PCMCIA. I've been thinking of an alternative UI for awhile now: Think of a grid, where the rows are your MIDI input controllers, and the columns are specific favorite "scenelets" (parts of a scene that apply to just one instrument in the rack) By clicking anywhere in the grid, you apply part of a...
