Re: Looking for a driver

Not that I've tried it but TotalMix (RME Mixer) should be able to route audio out for recording too. Theoretically you could route the audio from Forte to any of the outputs (Babyface even has 8 ADAT optical outs which can be used - even if they physically don't exist) which appear in TotalMix as &q...

Right now I'm doing the tests on a 32 Bit Win XP system. So I understand that JBridge is not necessary. AFAIR, I did not install it. Just to re-iterate - there are scenarios where jBridge IS needed on a 32bit system e.g. allowing a 64bit VST to be used in a 32bit host, unlikely but possible... I'm ...

Re: hardware advice

I'd second Burtan's advice regarding the audio interface. RME are fantastic and the RME Babyface (my current Audio Interface) is simply outstanding. Howwever you say you need 4 output busses. Do you mean 4 busses or 2 stereo out busses (4 outputs) as the Baby face (Out of the box) only has two (this...

I can't comment on the error specically - and not sure if this will be of any help - but Forte doesn't have jBridge "in-place" - you will need to download it - but Forte will automatically create 'wrapped' version of VSTs that require bridging if jBridge is installed - by that I mean "...
