Am I not seeing correctly or are many of your port names completely different in the 2nd list? The names are the same but their order is different. Does that matter? As long as the order is the same then they work correctly. Sometimes they are coming on a different order and then the midi keyboards...

For whoever has Windows 7. After installing a new version for beta testing or whatever. Right click on the Forte ICON, go to Advanced tab and click run as Administrator. Some of your plugins may not run correctly if not. It will say "not a VST pluing" or say "the system id has changed...

East West Gold orchestra works. On windows 7 (not on windows XP) it gives me a low memory warning but its bogus. No dropouts and my computer has 8 gb ram.

I can verify that it is a bug with CS-80. The other Arturia VSTs dont have that problem. Thge minimoog will record that information and recall it without a problem.

My Solution for a while

I guess the solution until I find something better is that when I play live I set the expression pedal the the instrument on the rack that I want to have the expression pedal control the appegiator play. While Forte will not record that this is set it will remember during playing.

Well, within Forte once I assign midi controls thru midi learn Forte will remember the assignments even if they are different between several instances of the same vst. What I would like to see is for that to be saved with the rack. I still don't know if it's possible

Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible. You can load a 32 bit app with 32 bits vsts in a 64 bit system but not the other way around. What I do is to set all the different keyboard setups in different channels. So piano intro channel 1 verse strings channel 2 etc...that way when u change channels it is instant.
