Idea: you probably have the "Do not use per-scene configuration data" clickbox activated to preload the sounds into Kontakt to get much shorter program change times. The problem: in this mode, effect-settings inside kontakt are not stored.

I downloaded latest beta (x64) and had the following issue: when clicking the Panic Button twice I always get a crash (independently from the chosen vsti). Even when clicking it only once I sometimes got a crash when exiting the software. Same happened in 3.0.16.

I once in a while had an issue, when forte 3 forgot about audio routings with asio4all driver. In most cases there was not a problem. In the special cases I restarted forte 3 and it worked.

I agree to fab,

it`s not exactly the same, but I also use a quad (q6600) with 15 plugs partely heavy loaded and some effects. The cpu use is about 20% in maximum. Soundcard-buffersize is 128 samples (estimated MIDI Latency: 4,72ms). So I don`t see any problems in your case. 8)
