Re: Issues with Arturia V Collection 5

Okay, it looks like the 'release button' issue is indeed a ProphetV issue and NOT a Forte issue. Some further digging revealed that the release button was responding to CC64 (hold/sustain pedal). This seems like pretty bizarre behavior to me. After doing a few searches on this, I found some informat...

Re: Issues with Arturia V Collection 5

What would be the best way for me to show you a screenshot of what I mean? I'll try to explain better. With ProphetV, I am able to change most any control and have the scene save it and reset it successfully when going back to the scene. The one control this has NOT been the case with is the release...

I downloaded the devicecompatability.xml file you provided. My results were mostly positive with the following exceptions. I have not tried EVERY instrument in V Collection V, however I focused on the subset I use most of the time. That includes Arp 2600V, Analog Lab, CS-80V, Jupiter-8V, MiniV, Modu...

So I've downloaded radmin and used it for a show last night. I still had the main monitor active in case I ran into problems. So far, so good. It worked extremely well and there was no noticeable change in overall CPU usage when running with radmin.

thanks!

Re: OT: USB hub; still an issue?

Furillo, If you get a Surface Pro 4, you can also get the optional Surface Pro Dock. The Dock connects in a more 'native' fashion with the power/IO port of the surface pro. it has four USB 3.0 A slots on it. I can't verify (since I don't own one), but the OS should see these as native ports rather t...

As far as number 2 goes, we use a Chauvet Xpress 512 usb to dmx lighting dongle along with the companion ShowXpress software to run our entire lightshow. So I've been wanting to move from using a regular 17" 4:3 monitor with Forte live to using a 10 inch touchscreen. A 'good' 10 inch touchscreen monitor runs 250-300 bucks. I've also been looking to offload driving the band lighting rig from my rack mount that runs Forte to another computer. My s...
